Professional horse facility with a large 16 stall cinder block barn on 32 acres with run in sheds available for retirement and self-care field board. The fields have running water/electric and is a combination of three board fencing and horse wire. Some stalls are VERY large (use to be for Broodmare with foals) 16 x 16 and 12 x 12 with large center aisle. Stalls available for use with slight additional monthly fee.

Quiet horse facility includes use of tack room and refrigerator, shared use of hay storage and feed storage. Aisle floor also has rubber mats. Trailer parking available. Nice ride out from the farm (a historical pre-civil war Estate) located in the middle of hunt country (5 recognized Hunts within 30 minutes of farm). Located minutes from Warrenton, Culpeper and Rappahannock. Owner lives on the property and is also a professional horsewoman of 45 years.

Farm is completely gated and is a total of 32 acres of lush grass. Use of large blue stone riding arena 100 x 200 show regulated size.
